Consent and Agreements

Creating a safer space

Consent and clear agreements are essential to creating a space where play, vulnerability, and deep exploration can happen safely. They support trust, choice, and mutual respect, allowing each participant to stay connected to their own boundaries while engaging with others.

At Sexy Imperfections, we always begin by presenting a set of shared agreements, carefully crafted from our years of experience working with intimacy, somatics, and group processes. These agreements are openly discussed with the group and adapted to the specific needs of the participants and the context of each workshop.

Examples of our agreements include:

01

You always have the choice to participate or not, to step out, adapt exercises, and decide how and with whom you engage.

02

Consent is active and ongoing, we ask before touch, intimate interaction, or deep sharing. A “no” is welcome and respected as an act of self-care.

03

Participants are responsible for their own well-being, including pacing, self-regulation, and asking for support when needed.

04

Workshop interactions are contextual and time-bound and do not imply attraction, identity, or future connection.

05

Confidentiality is respected: share from your own experience and ask permission before sharing others’ stories.

06

We communicate in a non-judgmental way, speaking from personal experience and staying curious about differences.

07

Care for shared spaces, time, and the group is part of the practice.
